Cheers to a Muddy Year with MuckFest MS

As 2016 comes to a close, so does our year with MuckFest® MS, a series of fun mud runs with a serious mission to support individuals living with multiple sclerosis.  Over the course of seven months, the MuckFest team traveled across the country and set up mud-filled 5K obstacle courses.

As the official MuckFestival and craft beer sponsor, we got to attend each of these events and hang  with so many Muckers, and oh yeah, pour a lot of beer. And we mean a lot. To be exact, we met almost 37,000 runners across eleven cities and poured over 22,000 pints  of Traveler Beer.

We even sent the winner of our #KicktheMuckContest to Los Angeles for the muddiest of all mud-runs!  Beating out more than 500 other photo entries, Courtney’s photo was chosen by both the MS Society and Traveler Beer, showing how she “kicks the muck” out of MS, which she is also personally affected by.

Check out some of the photos from the year below!

In San Fran, we decided mustaches and mud go together perfectly, as modeled by some of our fans.

In Denver, the Traveler team “christened” the mud with some impressive belly-flops.

To everyone who stopped by and enjoyed a pint with us this summer, thank you! We loved hearing everyone’s stories and had a great time doing our part to help kick the muck out of MS.
